Trading Stocks & options

Trading stocks and options can be a lucrative business, but it requires a deep understanding of the market, risk management, and a strong financial foundation. Our  business model for trading stocks and options typically revolves around generating profits through price fluctuations in the underlying securities. While there are various strategies and approaches, the core elements remain consistent.
Stock Trading Graph
    Day Trading
  • Buying and selling securities within the same trading day by looking at short-term price fluctuations and intraday technical analysis.

  • Challenges: Requires active monitoring, quick decision-making, and a high tolerance for risk

  • Capital Requirements: We maintain a minimum of $25,000 in each brokerage account

    Strategies

  • Analysis: We use technical analysis (chart patterns and indicators) and fundamental analysis (company financials and market trends) to identify potential trading opportunities.

  • Execution: Based on their analysis, traders execute buy or sell orders for stocks or options.

    Risk Management

  •  Stop-Loss Orders: These orders are placed to limit losses if the price moves against the trader's position.

  • Position Sizing: Traders carefully manage the amount of capital allocated to each trade to control risk.

  • Diversification: Spreading investments across different stocks or options can help reduce risk.

  Swing Trading
  • Strategy: Holding positions for a few days to a few weeks.

  • Focus: Technical analysis and fundamental factors.

  • Challenges: Requires patience and the ability to identify potential price reversals

Options Trading (Day Trade or Swing Trade)
  • Strategy: Trading contracts that give the buyer the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell an underlying asset at a specified price and time.

  • Focus: Understanding option Greeks (delta, gamma, theta, vega), implied volatility, and option strategies.
